A bit about me

I am a Taiwanese-born Canadian woman in my mid-twenties, and a Registered Clinical Counsellor graduated from Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy program (Adler University). I'm honored to offer counselling, art therapy sessions, and workshops to support QTBIPOC folks.

What is it like working with me?

Working with me is a collaborative and supportive experience. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard and understood. My empathetic approach is genuine and tailored to your needs, ensuring a personalized therapeutic journey. In our sessions, you will experience humanness and unconditional acceptance.

How can I help?

I provide a space for self-expression and growth. Whether you're managing stress, anxiety, or seeking personal development, I am here to support you. My focus is on helping you navigate challenges and achieve your goals. I have experience working with victims of violence, folks impacted by crime, and complex family dynamics. Working from an anti-oppressive trauma-informed lens, I aim to bring a safe space to honour your stories.

I am grounded in…

…my commitment to fostering a multicultural and inclusive atmosphere. My practice is rooted in mindfulness and a deep respect for my clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences. As a woman and a second-generation East Asian immigrant, I understand the pull of navigating two cultures. I will listen to your lived experience and honour your history. I believe in the healing and playful power of the creative process, which I find integral to the journey of any artist, individual, or mark-making enthusiast.
