DECIPHER (verb): SUCCEED IN UNDERSTANDING, UNRAVELING, OR IDENTIFYING (SOMETHING)

You know when you’re feeling something and it takes over your brain – but it seems impossible to pinpoint what it is? 📌 It’s so easy to go around in circles wondering, maybe it’s work 💼 or my relationship; is that awkward conversation 💬 I had with a friend the root cause, or maybe it goes further back than that? 🌀

And soon you’re tangling up every feeling you’ve ever had and you just need to... talk.

And be heard.

Then comes the healing.

HERE’S A BIT ABOUT US

Decipher Counselling Art Therapy Studio offers creative, liberation-oriented therapy for people deserving of care and validation - especially for folks who are part of underrepresented communities.

We are a team of qualified counsellors and art therapists, hoping to inspire people to heal personal, intergenerational, historical, and cultural wounds, creatively and together.

We approach sessions with creativity and evidence-based methods to help people unpack, process, and reclaim narratives towards healing. That might look like an individual session. Or a creative workshop. Whatever works for you, to help decipher what you’re going through. And we’re always reflecting on how we can uphold inclusivity and honour intersectionality within the counselling practice.

WE WANT TO CREATE WITH YOU

There are different outcomes for different people. We all start from different places. But ours is a space where we hope you’ll feel safe to explore and figure out your feelings. And where you feel confident to advocate for what you need. Then take it out into your world.
