Our practicum art therapist is taking on new clients!

Lower cost services provide opportunities for the community without access to the necessary funds to give regular cost art therapy offerings a try and access the same level of support at a friendlier rate.

This is a collaboration project with ArtFeels Counselling. Xu and Linda are the clinical supervisors to ensure the practicum art therapist is practicing from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed focus.

Our team put together a list of alternative resources to clinical counselling and art therapy which could be of interest to you here.

Please note:

• Sessions with our practicum art therapist are not reimbursable by extended health plans as most plans cover registered clinicians only. 

• Interns are not be able to offer clinical paperwork as they are still working towards getting their registration. 

• Our practicum art therapist use the time they have available outside of their curriculum to offer lower cost sessions.
