ICBC-Approved
Counselling Services
If you've had a car accident and have an approved ICBC claim, our team is here to provide compassionate, personalized counselling to support your recovery.
Why Choose Us for ICBC Counselling?
Our trauma-informed, ICBC-approved counsellors, Linda and Da Eun, specialize in helping clients navigate the complexities of accident recovery.
After a car accident or motor vehicle collision, the impact often goes beyond the physical. You might notice driving anxiety, difficulty sleeping and concentrating, flashbacks, irritability, or a sense that your body hasn’t quite come back to safety with new rules on how to navigate life.
Our ICBC counsellors and art therapists support you through post-accident trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms, with direct billing to ICBC.
We take a harm-reduction approach and are trained in EMDR therapy, Art Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention for compulsions, 3 kinds of trauma therapies that can help your nervous system process what happened and deal with what’s happening. We practice cultural humility and honour the intersectional parts of your situation, including how an accident can stir up past or ongoing trauma, chronic pain, and systemic challenges like navigating an ICBC claim.
You can expect a creative, person-centred approach. We combine psychoeducation, practical coping strategies, and individualized techniques to address your physical, emotional, and mental health needs during sessions.
Our space is trauma- and neuro-informed and culturally aware, where your healing is centred. Sessions are available in person in Vancouver and online across BC.
