What is Off-Screen Hours?
Shorter days, colder nights... we find ourselves doom-scrolling, stuck in feeds fuelling anxiety and lower moods. Off-Screen Hours is a drop-in art therapy and journaling workshop in Vancouver that helps us resist digital overwhelm and disrupt the cycles of capitalism that wear us down.
Together, we will rest, heal through art, and connect with community, just as you are.

Meet Your Hosts:
Nikki (she/her) → mixed-race, queer practicum counselling art therapist with a background in film & public art. Grounded in intersectional feminism + narrative therapy, she helps you reclaim the stories that feel most true to you.
Michelle (she/her) → queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill practicum counsellor, eldest daughter of Korean immigrants. She brings 10+ years of supporting survivors & folks navigating trauma. Her approach centres warmth, curiosity, and reclaiming silenced parts of self.
