We work with Narrative, Art and Play therapy, EMDR, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy, Gottmans Method and Brainspotting to help you figure out your feelings.

Creativity is Key

No need to be an art genius or the next Picasso. And we’re not only about art therapy. It’s just the world we come from. So we’ll work creatively to build essential coping tools for and with you.

Justice-oriented and anti-oppressive

That means unlearning biases, prejudices and oppressive & reductionist narratives from the mental health space with and alongside you.

 
 

Our art therapy studio offers creative, justice-oriented therapy for people deserving of care, including any and all underrepresented communities (BIPOC, neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQAI+, marginalized and intentionally excluded communities).
